 Inductee: Stephanie Hawkins

 

 Stephanie  joined the Bluegrass Chapter Board of Directors last     year. She brings fresh ideas to the Board that has greatly   benefitted  the chapter community. She has revised all-but-dead video series, the BAs on the Street events. She has added several videos to the series since her arrival. She has started new social events to build the community, they are very fun and interactive events for the community to attend. She has brought ideas for new social events to celebrate the holidays to give the community greater networking opportunities. Stephanie has continued the Bluegrass Business Analysis Hall of Fame, including finding out how to order the plaques for inductees. Stephanie has made a great impact in her first year on the leadership team for Bluegrass IIBA Chapter.

 Advancement of the Profession in the Bluegrass

 

 Inductee: David Mantica

 

 David provides educational opportunities to the Bluegrass business analysis community. He has offered many business analysis career courses to the community. He has helped the Bluegrass IIBA Chapter secure a great lineup of speakers and has presented at all three Bluegrass Business Analysis Conferences. He provides excellent knowledge sharing opportunities. David is an excellent educator from which many people from the Bluegrass business analysis community has benefitted.


Service to the Bluegrass IIBA Chapter

To be considered for induction in the Service to the Bluegrass IIBA Chapter category, a nominee must have been a member of the Bluegrass IIBA Chapter and demonstrated a distinguished achievement in the following ways:

    • Provided distinguishable service to the chapter
    • Received recognition from their peers for their contribution to the chapter
    • Assisted the chapter in meeting its strategic and operational goals

Advancement of the Profession in the Bluegrass

To be considered for induction in the Advancement of the Profession in the Bluegrass category, a nominee must have achieved widespread professional acclaim in the community in one or more of the following areas:

    • Raising awareness of the value of business analysis to organizations
    • Provide a business analysis educational or training program to the professionals in the Bluegrass region and have it widely accepted by the community
    • Assist in creating certified business analysis professionals in the Bluegrass region
    • Receive published acknowledgement in the local newspapers of great achievement in the area of business analysis
