Aaron Whittenberger, CBAP, AAC, CPOA, ICP-APO, A-CSPO
Aaron Whittenberger has over 35 years of Business and Information Technology experience, including 19 years of business analysis and 15 years as a Consultant. He earned his Certified Business Analyst ProfessionalTM (CBAP®) certification in 2008, his Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO®) in 2018, his IIBA® Agile Analysis Certification (IIBA®-AAC) in 2019, his IIBA Certificate in Product Ownership Analysis (IIBA®-CPOA) in 2021, his ICAgile Certified Professional - Agile Product Owner (ICP-APO) in 2022, and his Advanced Certified Scrum Product Owner (A-CSPO®) from Scrum Alliance in April 2024.
Aaron currently serves as Secretary and Treasurer for Bluegrass IIBA Chapter and lives in Independence, KY and has four children. Just a few years ago he participated in his first ever game of cricket with his co-workers. For himself, Aaron enjoys a good round of golf, we’ll see if he ever has one.
Aaron hopes that the Bluegrass IIBA Chapter brings a business analysis educational program to the area to spark innovation and creative thinking and raise the level of business analysis performed for organizations in the Bluegrass area. This will raise the awareness of the value of business analysts as change agents to allow organizations to gain competitive advantage in the marketplace.

Angela Alexander-Mendoza, MPA, CSAP, CSSM
Angela Alexander-Mendoza is an MPA graduate of the School of Urban & Public Affairs at the University of Louisville in Kentucky and an experienced Senior Business Analyst with 13 years of work experience supporting information technology operations and transformation. Angela is a certified SAFe Agile Practitioner and Scrum Master, and has a been a member of the Bluegrass IIBA Chapter since 2018. In her work for national contracting companies, she served as a liaison between business partners and cross-functional development teams to drive strategic initiatives and deliver impactful solutions. Skilled in both Waterfall and Agile Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies, with a proven record of cross-functional collaboration to build client relationships and develop impactful solutions. She combines leadership in coaching, mentoring, and training with strong customer service orientation, excelling in both strategic and client-facing roles. Committed to driving operational excellence, enhancing team productivity, and delivering client-focused solutions across diverse sectors.
Angela is an experienced non-profit organization leader having served as President, Executive Secretary, and Vice President of Outreach and Communications for the AFCEA Gold Vault Chapter at Fort Knox, KY, between 2013 and 2020. She was awarded the AFCEA Midwest Region RVP Leadership Award, Admiral Grace Hopper Information Technology Service Award, General Merritte W. Ireland Meritorious Service Award, Major General Anderson Emerging Leader Award, and the chapter won the AFCEA Best Chapter Award during each year of her involvement in the executive committee.
Angela wants to see the chapter build strong networks to support the growth and development of industry professionals so that agencies and organizations are able to provide impactful solutions and services to communities at the local, state, and federal levels. She plans to organize events which bring industry professionals together to gain insight, support professional success, strengthen resilience, and embrace continuous learning, development, and improvement.

Director, Certification
Daliana Zambrano, ECBA
Daliana Zambrano graduated from Polytechnic National School (EPN) in May 2023 as a Computer Science Engineer. Her solid technical foundation in software development from university has been invaluable in her career, enhancing her ability to understand complex technical details and ensuring high-quality outcomes that meet user expectations. As a Business Analyst and Functional Tester, Daliana has a strong track record of delivering top-tier software solutions for international clients.
Certified with the Entry Certificate in Business Analysis (ECBA™) and an active member of the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA®) and Bluegrass IIBA Chapter. Daliana is proud to join the Bluegrass IIBA Chapter Leadership as the Director of Certification, where she aims to support others in reaching their certification goals and give them the necessary guidance.
In her free time, she enjoys reading romantic novels and spending time with her family.

Dolores Vadi, CBAP
Dolores Vadi has 30 years experience in the healthcare industry including 19 years at a software development company that specializes in Clinical Laboratory and Genetics Information Systems (LIS/GIS). In addition to obtaining her Certified Business Analyst Professional™ (CBAP®) certification she holds a Master’s degree in Biomedical Informatics.
During her 19 years with the company Dolores has worked both in the Product Development and Implementation departments which have afforded her many opportunities to work on new development and process improvement initiates. Having worked extensively with internal and external stakeholders Dolores understands the value and importance of good business analysis.
Dolores is a member of both IIBA® and the Bluegrass IIBA Chapter. She looks forward to continuing to hone her BA skills both at the workplace and in service to the Chapter. She would like to help educate BA professionals on the numerous specialized and complementary careers available. To foster an understanding and desire for continued learning to help meet the new challenges and opportunities emerging in the business analysis profession.

Director, Marketing Strategies
Peter Lutz, CBAP, CSPO, AAC, FLMI, ACS, AIT
Peter Lutz has over 40 years of experience in the Information Technology arena, including 24 years as a Business Analyst. He earned the IIBA® Agile Analysis Certification (IIBA®-AAC) in 2023 and is currently preparing for the CBAP® examination. Peter has worked in a variety of industries as a Business Analyst and Product Owner. He currently works as a Senior Business Analyst with Cincinnati Insurance Companies. Prior to joining Cincinnati, Peter worked as a Senior Consultant with Deloitte Consulting where he delivered solutions for clients in the healthcare, technology and insurance industries. Previously, Peter served on the Board of Directors for the IIBA Garden State Chapter in New Jersey and has also been involved in the IIBA Atlanta Chapter. Peter currently lives in the Atlanta, GA area with his wife and an adopted Golden Retriever named Callie. In his spare time, Peter loves to travel and visited Italy in 2023, and he looks forward to checking other destinations off his bucket list soon. Peter believes in giving back and has volunteered with other non-profit organizations in the past. Peter wishes to contribute to the growth and development of other Business Analysts, the BA profession and the IIBA Bluegrass Chapter.

Director, Technology
Usha Talabhaktula, MBA, MSIT, CSM, CBAP
Usha Talabhaktula is currently the ERP Systems Manager in the Auditor Controller’s Office of Monterey County, CA. She started her career as an IT Programmer Analyst and now has an overall experience of 25+ years in the Information Technology, Data Center/Cloud computing, Higher Education and Local government business sectors.
Usha has a Master of Science Information Technology (MSIT) degree from California State University-Fullerton, USA and a Master’s degree in Commerce from India, which is evaluated as an MBA in the USA. As a Business Relationship Manager, she is the liaison between functional and technical teams in Financials and Budgeting areas and performs a wide variety of business analysis tasks/activities. Usha is an Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) in Financial Management and Oracle Certified Expert (OCE) in Hyperion System Administration. She also has ITIL® and CSM® certifications. She is a member of the Bluegrass IIBA Chapter and obtained her Certified Business Analysis Professional™ (CBAP®) certification in February 2022.
Usha is a strong believer in the concept of living life to its fullest extent, through continuous learning and growth. Usha volunteers at her Church, as a Director of a program for middle and high school students. She also volunteers in the Children’s ministry of a Christian Fellowship in Silicon Valley, where she teaches songs and directs skits.
