In our BA Careers Series we will investigate specialized and complementary careers in business analysis, such as Agile Analyst, Business Relationship Management, Change Management, Product Ownership Analyst, Project Management and others.

Demonstrating a consultative mindset is a defining characteristic of every senior level BA, and a should-do at any level of practice. Experienced BA managers and leaders look for it every time they interview or consider a promotion. At the same time, it remains one of those things that is hard to define, but we all know it when we see it!

This session will talk about what it looks like to embrace, develop, and recognize this in yourself and those you coach or supervise.
