Exploring the full Role of the Business Analyst

Participants in the small group discussion event will be able to take a deep dive into the multifaceted role of the business analyst.  The participants will be divided into four small groups and each small group will discuss each of four topics as a team:
  • Business Analysis Planning
  • Getting a disengaged stakeholder engaged
  • Creating Shared Vision…a picture is worth a thousand words
  • Business Analyst role in UAT Testing

Remote attendees will be able to participate in one of the teams.  Teams will build upon teams that have previously discussed the topic.  All small group discussion notes will be collected at the end and distributed out to all participants.  So you will not only learn within your team, but from all teams.
