  Service to the Bluegrass IIBA Chapter

Inductee: Dolores Vadi, CBAP

Dolores has been serving the Bluegrass IIBA Chapter for over six years. She has organized and coordinated events for chapter to make them highly successful events. She has coordinated 10 IIBA Chapters to co-sponsor a Dr. Joe Perez webinar. She handled all the communication, sent out invoices, and communicated the needs of our co=sponsors to out Board. She attends Professional Development Committee meetings and voices her opinion on what would be great events for the chapter to deliver. She has served on our conference planning committees, including our broadened scope 2026 conference. This year she is coordinating our Lunch 'n Learn events. Finding speakers, confirming dates with the speaker and getting promo materials from the speaker. She has been a tremendous help behind the scenes to make our events superior class. She is certainly deserving this recognition for all her efforts.

Inductee: Dr. Joe Perez

Dr. Joe has presented several webinars and chapter meetings for the Bluegrass business analysis community, including delivering the keynote address at three of our conferences. A couple of years ago Bluegrass IIBA Chapter coordinated 11 chapters to co-sponsor a webinar by Dr. Joe that was attended by nearly 200 participants. We also featured his The Method Behind the Madness book during the very first BA Book Nook shortly after it was published. We have featured his two latest books From Numbers to Narratives that Transforms Business and Igniting the Data Dance on our BA Book Nook.  

Dr. Joe has received many awards by different associations for his expertise in data analytics. He is a dynamic presenter and his talks are always well received by our community. His presentations always receive great engagement and questions from the audience and very high feedback on follow-up surveys.
