Inductee: Anne Hage, CBAP, CBDA, AAC

Anne has been serving the Bluegrass IIBA Chapter for over three years. She started out as Director of Events and then moved to Director of Certification. She organized webinars and special events of the chapter. She now coordinates certification study groups and certification chats for the chapter. She finds people to participate, handles all communication with the panelists for the certification chats and participants of the study groups. She dedicates many hours to the chapter and the events she facilitates, and coordinates go over very well with the community. She is excellent at coordinating these events and is well deserving of this award.

Inductee: Bronson Zell, CBAP

Bronson has been worn several hats in the Business Analyst world; Teacher, student, Practitioner, Mentor, and Advocate. Bronson works at Republic Bank and has joined the Bluegrass IIBA Chapter in 2017, studied for, sat for, and passed the CBAP exam in 2018. Bronson has contributed to several committees, seminars, classes, lunch time chats, and chapter meetings. Even with a busy family life with small children, Bronson finds time to provide business analysis mentoring and advice when asked.

Inductee: Usha Talabhaktula, MBA, MSIT, CSM, CBAP

Usha has been serving as the Director of Technology for over three years. She was instrumental in investigating new event platform Bluegrass Business Analysis Conference (BBAC), she learned the new platform and setup the conference and presented one of the tracks on the new platform involving live streaming over Zoom. Usha had organized webinars and special events of the Chapter. She has been involved in improving the chapter website when called upon, including planning and migration to new third-party website and association management platform.
