Thursday Workshops

Thursday Workshops will be optional for conference attendees to register to attend as there is an additional cost for each workshop. We will offer two topics for the morning and another three topics for the afternoon for attendees to choose which topic they which to attend. The workshops will be provided by training providers in the global business analysis community.

Friday Conference

The virtual conference on Friday, May 2nd will feature two keynote presentations, and presentations on two themed tracks each throughout the day. There will be five presentations per track for a total of 10 track presentations. Attendees are free to attend any presentation in a time slot, they do not have to stay in one track all day.

Conference Presentation Tracks

Track #1: Data, Strategy and Innovation: Dive into the cutting edge of business analysis where data meets strategic thinking. This track explores how modern business analysis professionals can harness the power of data analytics and innovative approaches to drive business transformation. Perfect for BAs who want to expand their technical toolkit while developing a more strategic mindset.

Track #2: People and Change Leadership: Success in business analysis isn't just about tools and techniques—it's about leading people through change. This track focuses on the human side of business analysis, exploring crucial skills like stakeholder engagement, change management, and leadership development. You'll gain insights into building influence without authority, managing resistance to change, and creating buy-in across diverse stakeholder groups. Designed for BAs who want to enhance their soft skills and develop into more effective change leaders, whether they're in formal leadership positions or not.
