Christopher Hanes (Chris) is a Training & Development Leader, Expert Learning Strategist, and Executive & Leadership Coach with 20+ years of experience designing and delivering transformational learning experiences across industries, cultures, and platforms.
Chris has worn every instructional design and delivery “hat” and led the development and delivery of hundreds of courses spanning IT, leadership, management, and business topics. Chris is especially passionate about personal, leadership, and organizational development. That passion dates back to his undergrad years, where Chris led several student organizations and attended leadership conferences that shaped the path he’s still on today.
Chris holds a Master of Education in Training and Development, with additional graduate and undergraduate studies in psychology and business, reinforcing both the academic rigor and practical application behind his work.
Chris’s career has spanned for-profit and nonprofit settings, and he’s coached, consulted, led, and trained leaders and teams across the globe, on-site and remote, in person and virtual.
