Panelists: Griffin Lamers, Kristin Reece, and Tim Schuelke
Griffin Lamers is an IT Systems Analyst at Miller Electric mfg. LLC. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a major in Information Systems and an emphasis in Business Analysis from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh. He is also currently pursuing the Entry Certificate in Business Analysis (ECBA) through IIBA, with completion expected in early April. With a strong technical foundation, Griffin is actively transitioning toward a business analysis-focused career and aims to bring a blend of analytical and technical expertise to his current and future roles. Griffin lives in Appleton, Wisconsin, and enjoys exploring emerging technologies and volunteering within the local community. Outside of his full-time role, he operates Griffin’s Computer Repair LLC, a small IT services business, and enjoys spending time outdoors during the summer.
Kristin Reese is a business analyst with a background in finance and a passion for translating complex business needs into clear, actionable solutions. She brings a unique perspective to her work by combining strong analytical thinking with a genuine curiosity about how businesses operate and grow. Throughout her career, Kristin has partnered with stakeholders across multiple functional areas to understand their processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and help drive meaningful change. She is known for her ability to ask thoughtful questions, build strong relationships, and communicate effectively between business and technical teams. Kristin’s foundation in accounting and financial services has strengthened her ability to analyze data, understand business drivers, and support strategic decision-making. She is especially passionate about continuous learning and enjoys tackling new challenges that expand her skills and perspective. She is excited to share her experiences and insights with students and future business analysts, and to encourage others who are interested in pursuing a career in this dynamic and evolving field.
Tim Schuelke is an IT Business Analyst with over 15 years of experience helping organizations bridge business needs and technology solutions across manufacturing, construction, and defense industries. He has supported ERP transformations, estimating systems, and data-driven initiatives, bringing structure and clarity to complex business challenges. An active member of the Northeastern Wisconsin IIBA chapter since 2013, Tim is passionate about mentoring analysts and advancing modern business analysis practices
in today’s evolving digital and AI-enabled environment.
