Inductee: Elizabeth Larson, CBAP, PMP, CSM, PBA
Elizabeth and Richard Larson founded Watermark Learning in 1992. They have built it into the premier Endorsed Education Provider (EEP) that it is today. They have provided thousands of education courses in agile, business analysis, business relationship management, leadership and influencing, and project management from which many from the Bluegrass region have benefited. Elizabeth and Richard have both presented at Building Business Capability (BBC) conference, the official conference of IIBA, for many years. Richard Power, Terry Sundy and Aaron Whittenberger at the very least have attended BBC. Over the years, both Elizabeth and Richard have presented for Bluegrass IIBA Chapter. Elizabeth was the first presenter Bluegrass Chapter brought in from out of town in 2014. Richard, just last year presented his "Root Cause Doesn't Have to Hurt Like a Root Canal" at a Bluegrass Chapter meeting. Elizabeth and Richard co-authored several books on business analysis and influencing without authority, from which hundreds of business analysts have learned. They also co-authored the Watermark Learning CBAP Study Guide that Bluegrass Chapter has used in our BABOK Study Group for years. Thousands of business analysis professionals have obtained their CBAP, CCBA or ECBA certification thanks to this study guide and online practice test platform; dozens from Bluegrass region or participants of Bluegrass Chapter study group. For 28 years, Elizabeth and Richard have been educating and training business analysis professionals, from Bluegrass region and throughout the world. They are certainly worthy of this high honor.

Inductee: Lorelea Roberts
Lorelea Roberts started in the Healthcare field as a Nurse Assistant and while she loved working with patients, her true passion emerged when she went into Health Information Management and started working in IT to help the IT teams understand the true end user needs and why it was needed. Back then, Business Analysis was not a known term, she was just good at being a translator and helping everyone understand the need and the complexities of delivering on that need.
Her career has been spent in many roles and what they all have in common is being that translator between technical and non-technical stakeholders. Being a champion for the skills of Business Analysis has also been very important. As our Healthcare industry continues to morph, the skills and tools of Business Analysis continue to remain critical to success. She believes in everyone having a learning mindset and think about how their skills can be used to benefit whatever they are working on. She also has had the privilege of being mentored and mentoring others on how to be your own advocate. Currently, she is working in an exciting area within Humana where they are bringing technology, people and processes together to bring a holistic approach to healthcare with our members at the center. Her business analysis tool belt is used every day at work, in my volunteer work outside of Humana and my personal life.
