Inductee: Sarah Sechrist

 

Sarah Sechrist has served as Treasurer for Bluegrass IIBA Chapter nearly since its inception in 2013. She handles all financial transactions for the chapter, and prepares the monthly financial reporting that the Board of Directors uses to analyze financial performance of the chapter.

Sarah has over 20 years of business and financial experience. She has attended chapter meetings and social events of the chapter. She also coordinates with chapter leadership for chapter events to be held at The Solarity Group facilities and sponsoring occasional chapter events for the chapter.

Sarah is the Accounting Manager for The Solarity Group, a premier education provider and consulting firm in agile, business analysis, change management, and portfolio/program/project management in Lexington, Kentucky; and the charter sponsor of Bluegrass IIBA Chapter.

Inductee: Bud Ratliff

 

Bud Ratliff is the Managing Partner and President for The Solarity Group, a premier education provider and consulting firm in agile, business analysis, change management, and portfolio/program/project management in Lexington, Kentucky; and the charter sponsor of Bluegrass IIBA Chapter. The Solarity Group provides training classes on business analysis including for those seeking IIBA certification; and regularly provides such training. The Solarity Group employs Business Analysts to deliver training and consulting services to the community. The Solarity Group has maintained their sponsorship of Bluegrass IIBA Chapter since its inception in 2013, and has been in business since 2003.

Bud was the original Vice President of Administration and Finance for the Bluegrass IIBA Chapter in 2013. He developed the financial processes and controls for the chapter. Bud is Treasurer for Toastmasters International and has a long history of volunteer service in the community.

Bud holds the Project Management Professional (PMP®) from Project Management Institute, six Microsoft products certifications, two Prosci certifications, and the IT Project+ from CompTIA. He enjoys helping people and organizations thrive through a holistic set of practices that are employed in creative ways to meet the unique needs of each customer; however, he enjoys his role as husband and father most.
