Now you have registered for a Bluegrass IIBA Chapter event. We are looking forward to seeing you there as much as you are looking forward to the event and knowledge sharing. However, you wish to make sure you don’t miss the event so you want to put it on your calendar, how do you do that…

As you may know we have just migrated to a new website platform, courtesy of IIBA®. This gives a new modern look and sleek design, but registration and ‘Add to Calendar’ function have changed somewhat.

There are two ways to add an event to your calendar:

  1. On the event listing on the Bluegrass IIBA website, there is a line that gives you the date(s), times and time zone of the event. Next to the Time Zone (Eastern Daylight Time) there is a calendar icon (circled below). Click that icon and it will download an .isc file that you may import to your calendar. It will have all the details of the event.

         2. Once you complete the registration and it is an event we will deliver on Zoom meeting service, you will receive a confirmation email from Zoom. There is a line for ‘Add to Calendar’ functions for General (.isc file download), Google calendar and Yahoo calendar. Click the link for the calendar you wish to add it to. If that is not a Google or Yahoo calendar, download the .isc file and import that to your Outlook or other calendar.

If you have been asking yourself how to add Bluegrass IIBA events to your calendar, or you have missed events due to not having them on your calendar….now you know!

If you have any questions about how to do any function on our new website, please reach out to info@bluegrass.iiba.org and ask.
