Hollie Prichard, CBAP
Hollie Prichard is a dedicated member of the Business Analysis team at Cincinnati Insurance Companies in Fairfield, OH. She began her journey in business analysis in 2018 and quickly discovered her passion for the field. Hollie thrives on the strategic and visual thinking that business analysts bring to their work. She is particularly energized by collaboration sessions that foster mutual understanding and by using her skills to simplify and visualize complex efforts. This passion, along with the support from her peers and management at Cincinnati Insurance, motivated her to pursue the Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP®) Certification.
Hollie successfully passed the CBAP Exam on her first attempt on January 14, 2025. She dedicated many hours to her studies within the CIC CBAP Study group, led by Thea Soehren, CBAP and sponsored by Traci Onkst and Aaron Whittenberger, CBAP. Hollie credits her success to the support and encouragement from this group. She extends special thanks to Thea Soehren for her guidance and organizational expertise, which helped her break down the complex BABOK® material into manageable pieces and reminded her to believe in herself.
In addition to group study, Hollie spent countless hours studying at home, determined to fully understand and absorb the BABOK concepts. She was aware that her ten-year-old was observing her commitment, and she wanted to set an example of perseverance in achieving goals. Hollie is grateful for the unwavering support of her friends and family, who continually motivated and uplifted her throughout her journey. With her CBAP Certification, Hollie is committed to continuing to serve the business analysis community by sharing her knowledge, mentoring aspiring analysts, and contributing to the advancement of the profession.
