Congratulations to Our Newest Certified Individual
On December 6th, Peter Lutz passed the Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP®) exam. Peter adds the CBAP certification to his Agile Analysis Certification (IIBA®-AAC) and Certified Scrum Product Owner certifications, from Scrum Alliance.
Peter has worked in the Information Technology field for many years and has been a Business Analyst for 34 years. His experience spans multiple industries including insurance, healthcare, software, professional services and management consulting.

Currently, Peter works for Cincinnati Insurance Company and is a member of the Business Analysis Center of Excellence (BACoE). Previously, he worked as a management consultant for Deloitte Consulting.
Peter has worked on Agile projects and has served as a Product Owner refining the product backlog to enable rapid delivery of value for stakeholders.
Peter has been a lifelong learner and earned the Agile Analysis Certification (AAC) in 2023. Peter has been involved in IIBA for many years including serving as a board member of the IIBA Garden State Chapter and has been involved in the IIBA Atlanta chapter.
Peter has wanted to earn the CBAP for many years and finally committed himself to completing the certification several months ago. He credits the Bluegrass Chapter CBAP study group and the BACoE study group for his successful preparation for the exam.
Peter recently joined the Chapter Leadership Team of the Bluegrass IIBA Chapter as the Director of Marketing Strategies and hopes to continue to grow professionally, sharing his knowledge, skills and experience with other Business Analysts and helping the Bluegrass Chapter to grow and provide more value to the Business Analyst community.
When not practicing Business Analysis, Peter enjoys traveling with his wife and caring for their adopted Golden Retriever Callie.
