Jared Young, a dynamic Business Analyst Team Lead at Republic Bank, is based in the vibrant city of Louisville, KY. He embarked on his journey with the bank in 2019, bringing a wealth of experience from his previous role at Speedway, LLC in Enon, Ohio.

Jared’s commitment to professional growth led him to participate in the enriching training sessions offered by the Bluegrass IIBA. His dedication culminated in successfully passing the CBAP® exam on his first attempt on May 23, a feat he is particularly proud of.

A lifelong learner, Jared finds immense joy in the constant learning opportunities his role provides. He has a keen interest in exploring use cases for cutting-edge technologies like AI. His pursuit of innovative solutions aims to enhance efficiency at the bank and simplify tasks for his colleagues. Jared’s drive to attain CBAP certification stemmed from feedback from fellow CBAP certified BA’s, combined with his love for learning. He plans for the CBAP certification to be the first of many throughout his career.
