Her early career at Citibank in India provided her with a solid foundation in financial systems , which she now applies to business operations and data analysis in the food service space .
Her commitment to professional development led her to join the IIBA , where she actively pursued education in business analysis tools and techniques. Through her career , she has held diverse roles and consistently contributed to improving process and streamlining operations.
Most recently, she achieved a key milestone by successfully passing ECBA exam on July 2025. The certification marks a significant step in her professional journey and empowers her to advance with confidence.
In her current role, she is expanding her ability in business intelligence and data visualization working with tools such as Power BI, Sigma and Tableau.
