Check Your Communication Preferences
Awhile ago I noticed that my communication preferences were set to opt-out of communication from the Bluegrass Chapter. That wasn't anything I set, the system did it on me. So I suggest that everyone check their communication preferences on the Bluegrass IIBA Chapter website.
This may be happening if you opt-out of communications from one chapter, the system is opting you out of all chapters. I fully believe this is a system issue, not something that people are doing. I worked with one person a couple of weeks ago, letting her know that she was not receiving emails from the chapter because she was opted out. She was not aware of that and went in and changed that immediately.
We see that many people on our website are opted out of communications from the chapter. I am sure that there are a few that are unaware that they are not receiving communications from our chapter.
To check your preferences, log into the Bluegrass IIBA Chapter website. Go to your profile and click the 'My Communication History' link.
