IIBA held its 24-hour event for Global Business Analysis day that included award ceremonies of IIBA Volunteer of the Year from each region, Chapters and Corporate Partners. Aaron Whittenberger not only gave a presentation on Strategy Analysis during the Global Business Analysis Day event, but he was named the 2024 Volunteer of the Year from the Americas Southeastern Region.
Aaron's nomination read: Aaron is truly the heart and soul of his chapter. He facilitated the strategic planning meeting, is always on top of financials, and mentors members with enthusiasm and patience. He’s not just a contributor, he is a champion of our community.
Aaron sought out new education providers and secured valuable partnerships. He’s the senior mentor of the chapter and the architect behind the new chapter website launching it with 15 events and more pages than most chapters. He is always the first to step up when there is a need.
Aaron’s efforts have enriched the business analysis community significantly because Aaron is business analysis. If anyone deserves the super hero cape, it’s him.
Congratulations Aaron and thank you for being an inspiring leader and contributor to our community.
