Risk Management - A Business Analyst Perspective
We can without argument agree that there is a worldwide focus on Digital Transformation and analytics. Companies are pushing forward with transformation efforts with the expectation that it will improve the way that they do business, but few consider the risks that maybe inherent in Digital Transformation efforts. Risks that are beyond the typical considerations such as cybersecurity. This presentation aims to revisit Risk Analysis and also discuss key considerations which should be considered based on learnings from working on Digital Transformation projects as well as best practices identified from key sources such as Deloitte and Mckinsey.

A Technology professional whose career spans little over a decade, Jeneil has worked in several roles related to software systems as a Technology Analyst, Business Analyst and hybrid role of Project Manager/Business Analyst – a role which continues to evolve as her company is transition to Agile. Jeneil has spent the last twelve years working on strategic business transformation initiatives in the Financial Services industry related to the automation of processes and digital transformation supported by strong technical skills due to her Undergraduate degree in Systems and Computer Science.
