BA on the Street: Jonaki Moitra
I've spent the last 15+ years working at the intersection of business, technology, AI, and human behavior.
I currently serve as a Senior Business Architect at Carnival Cruise Line, where I lead enterprise-wide transformation initiatives across loyalty, digital customer experience, customer data platforms, and emerging AI capabilities. As part of this work, I contribute to the AI Center of Excellence (CoE), helping shape how AI is thoughtfully integrated into enterprise strategy and guest experiences. My focus is on aligning cross-functional teams, translating strategy into execution, and helping organizations navigate complex change with clarity and structure.
Over the course of my career, I've worked across industries including hospitality, retail, and financial services; contributing to large-scale product and digital transformations at organizations like Carnival, Hard Rock International, and Panera Bread. I've worked across roles in product management, business analysis, and architecture--giving me a holistic [ers[ective on how systems, teams, and decisions come together.
What I've come to realize is that the most complex problems are rarely technical--they are human. Misalignment, overthinking, and unclear decision patterns often stand in the way of great outcomes.
Outside my day role, I am the Founder of Firefly Creatives, where I focus on Human Architecture--helping overthinkers, fixers, and builders understand their behavior patterns, design their personal blueprint, and learn how to work more effective with others. This work bridges individual growth with real-world execution, whether teams, leadership, or everyday decision-making.
I believe the future of business isn't just built on better technology--it's built on better thinking, stronger alignment, and more intentional human systems.
