Yulia Kosarenko is the author of books Business Analyst: A Profession and a Mindset and the forthcoming Foundations of Business Analytics, conference speaker, consultant, and corporate trainer.

As the owner of Why Change Consulting Inc., she helps her clients grow mature enterprise architecture and business analysis practices, and plan and execute digital transformation programs.

As a Professor of Business Analytics at the Humber Polytechnic, she encourages her students to look for ways to solve business problems using analytics.

As a business analysis mentor, she leads the BA Mindset Mentorship Circle and encourages business analysts to learn, adapt, and thrive.
