Inductee: Stephanie Hawkins

Stephanie  joined the Bluegrass Chapter Board of Directors last year. She brings fresh ideas to the Board that has greatly benefited the chapter community. She has revised all-but-dead video series, the BAs on the Street events. She has added several videos to the series since her arrival. She has started new social events to build the community, they are very fun and interactive events for the community to attend. She has brought ideas for new social events to celebrate the holidays to give the community greater networking opportunities. Stephanie has continued the Bluegrass Business Analysis Hall of Fame, including finding out how to order the plaques for inductees. Stephanie has made a great impact in her first year on the leadership team for Bluegrass IIBA Chapter.

Inductee: David Mantica

David provides educational opportunities to the Bluegrass business analysis community. He has offered many business analysis career courses to the community. He has helped the Bluegrass IIBA Chapter secure a great lineup of speakers and has presented at all three Bluegrass Business Analysis Conferences. He provides excellent knowledge sharing opportunities. David is an excellent educator from which many people from the Bluegrass business analysis community has benefited.
