- Introductions, Agenda Review and Workshop Goals Review
- Warm up sketching exercise
- Introduction to Design Thinking
- Review value and benefits of incorporating Design Methodologies on projects
- Review Design Thinking resources and highlight commonalities across well-known models
- Introduction to the “Design Challenge” that participants will work on during the day
- Deeper dive into the Stafford Design School model and its five stages
- Review real-world Case Studies
- Debrief results from the “Design Challenge” and prototyping work
- Reflection on the learnings from the workshop
