Inductee: Traci Onkst

Traci Onkst is the Leader of an 80-person Business Analysis Center of Excellence (BACoE) at Cincinnati Insurance Company. She has led the development of an internal business analysis education program for many years. Traci has sent her BAs to external training, including sending several business analysts to the Bluegrass Business Analysis Conference (BBAC) each year since the first conference in 2020.

Two of Traci's 80 business analysts are Bluegrass IIBA Chapter members.

Traci has spoken at the BBAC conference in 2020 and 2022 and has spoken at chapter meetings for both Bluegrass and Cincinnati IIBA Chapters. She has spoken at Building Business Capability (BBC), the official conference of IIBA, a few times; as well as sent a few BAs from her company to BBC each year.

Traci is an inspirational leader, and as an educator and speaker has been advancing the business analysis profession for many years. She has been developing great business analysis practitioners to advance the profession.
