BA Career Series Webinar: My First 5 Years as a Manager: An Interview with Chad Cross

In our BA Careers Series we will investigate specialized and complementary careers in business analysis, such as Agile Analyst, Business Relationship Management, Change Management, Product Ownership Analyst, Project Management and others.

Chad Cross, Consulting Director at Xebia Microsoft Services US, is a colleague I’ve been happy to know for several years now. Having worked with him in some difficult situations, and watched him grow and develop as a leader, I’m very pleased to have him join me for a conversation about making the shift from being a professional in a field, to being a manager and a leader in a field!

Chad began this journey into management roles roughly 5 years ago, so his experience on this transition is direct, modern, and personal!

Knowing Chad as I do, I think you’ll find him engaging, insightful, and to have a great perspective on the joys and bumps of shifting into a management role. I’m very happy he’s willing to speak with our group.

Note: this conversation is for ANYONE interested in the topic. Chad wasn’t a BA, but does appreciate our field. No matter what your professional skill set, I think you’ll have a good time with us.

Oh, and bring your questions!
