Topic: Business Analysis on Steroids
Business analysts play an important role in an organization's profitability and productivity and require many skills to be successful in their positions. Some of the most important business analyst skills include problem-solving, critical thinking and communication.
Are you a Business Analyst wondering how you can grow in your career with your specialized skillset? Have you ever thought…I love business analysis, but I don’t necessarily want to be a BA forever? I would like to grow into other areas within the company or organization for which I work. In this session I’m going to show you how your Business Analysis skillset can be transferable to a wide variety of roles including and up to CEO!
In this session, participants will learn about:
- The unique superpowers you have as a Business Analyst.
- How to use the skill set you have and transfer them to growth opportunities within your organization.
- How I use my BA skillset in my role as CEO and Founder.
