Virtual Professional Development Conference
As many organizations do for their executives, Bluegrass IIBA Chapter is taking our entire Global BA Community on a Retreat. The purpose of this retreat is to rejuvenize, regenerate, rebuild and refresh your business analysis skills to cope with the changing environment that the coronavirus, the great resignation and other disruptions have brought to our business environment for 2022 and beyond.
Our retreat will contain:
Morning Keynote: Keith Ellis, Chief Engagement and Growth Officer, International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA®)
IIBA Perspectives on the Future of Business Analysis
Closing Keynote: Tracy Graf, CEO / Certified Virtual Trainer Facilitator, Fuse - Igniting Communication
How to be an Innovation Change Maker
Program being developed: planned track presenters: Jessica Katz, Lora McCoy, Chris Knotts, David Saboe, Nadine Millner, Cris Casey, Dr. Michael F. White (The BA Doctor), Karl Wiegers, John Ruppel, Niel Magsombol, Gina Schmidt, Brian Megilligan, George Bridges, and more...
BA in Products: With many organizations changing their mindset from running projects to developing products, this track will highlight how business analysts provide value to the development and maintenance of products throughout the product lifecycle.
BA Toolbelt: Just like Batman's toolbelt, business analysts take specific tools, competencies, techniques from their toolbelt at the time they are needed to show their BA super power.
BA Specialties: Many business analysts have a generalized BA career; however, their are many specialized areas to which you can drive your BA career. This track focuses on the skills and competencies needed to specialize in these areas.
Videos of all sessions will be available to attendees for three (3) months following the live event so that attendees can add to their Continuing Development Units (CDUs) they can earn for the day. You can earn eight (8) CDUs during the live event. Then watch the missed sessions recordings to increase your continuing development to a maximum of 20 CDUs.
Bluegrass IIBA Chapter has decided to subsidize the cost of the conference to everyone. This includes no pesky sponsors to deal with during the event. One low price to attend all day $45.
