Virtual Conference from Bluegrass IIBA Chapter and The Uncommon League

About This Conference

For decades, project teams around the globe have searched for the lost temple of analysis. Legend says that the temple holds the key to complete analysis and ensuring no requirement is misinterpreted. That’s nothing to be taken lightly. In reality, no one knows the true secret of the temple, but leadership teams are convinced that the team which uncovers its secrets will be invincible. However, the temple is protected by forces beyond imagination: the traps of old corporate structures, project politics, team dynamics, and unrealistic timelines. The favor that is bestowed by the god of analysis is desired above all technique treasures on the earth by those who are analysts, those who are product owners, product managers and anyone who wants to fully understand the work they are to undertake.

Grab your go-bag and join us for an expedition to uncover the secrets of analysis within this virtual uncommon conference. Prepare yourself for the adventure and excitement of new teammates, techniques that will challenge your thinking, puzzles and potential booby traps that could unleash a hail of poisoned darts, or grumpy stakeholders. No, this is not your typical symposium style conference. We’ve taken a page from the journal of the famed analytical archeologist, Indiana Park, to create a new conference experience.

Before the conference begins, we’ll send you an expedition packing list so you can gather materials and set up your workspace. You won’t need to outrun gigantic boulders or dodge muscled security goons, but you will need a few relatively common household items to ensure you can fully participate in the conference activities (We will award “extra credit” and style points for fedoras, bull whips and cocky smiles though). All information will be provided approximately 1 week before the conference date. Don’t miss out - Register now for The Uncommon BA and the Temple of Analysis: An Uncommon Conference Experience.
