Delvin Fletcher joined IIBA® as its 4th President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) in January 2020.

Delvin is an exceptional leader with strong experience leading organizations, most recently as Chief Information Officer (CIO) with the Chartered Professional Accountants of Ontario (CPA Ontario), leading digital transformation in a large membership and regulated not-for-profit association. He spent his early professional years with KPMG Management Consulting working on strategy, marketing, technology and operations projects in North America and EMEA. He has served in leadership roles and managed global teams at both multinationals and high growth privately held companies.

Delvin brings both experience and focus to the table. His background in membership and certification associations, information systems, public accounting, government, and not-for-profits gives him insights into working with IIBA’s dynamic ecosystem and audience. Delvin embodies what it is to practice business analysis, skilled at listening and possessing the breadth of skills needed to deliver business outcomes.
