  • For IIBA Members in good standing who register within two weeks of start of the study group. If you are an IIBA Member and this registration level is not active for you, please email your IIBA Membership Number to to get it active.
  • For Bluegrass IIBA Annual Passholders who register within two weeks of start of the study group.
  • DO NOT USE THIS LEVEL UNLESS YOU HAVE 6 PEOPLE PARTICIPATING FROM YOUR ORGANIZATION. Any organization that sends at least 6 students to this study group gets a 10% discount. Your 6 students may be split between this level and '6. Guest Late Registration Volume Discount' level. All students registered at this level must be IIBA members in good standing or Bluegrass IIBA Annual Passholders. You may add additional chapter members/passholders from your organization as guests on your registration.
  • For current college students who register within two weeks of the start of the study group. We invite and encourage all college students to attend our events. This registration type requires a code to register, please contact for a registration code.
  • You are very welcome to join us at our events. If you are an IIBA member, we have discounts to all our events for you. Please email for more information.
  • Any organization that sends 6 or more students to this study group gets a 10% discount. It does require a registration code, email to receive a registration code.
  • This registration level is for those that attended the IIBA Certification Chat with Stuart Edeal on July 30th. This gives you a discount to attend this study group and work toward obtaining your IIBA Certification.
  • This is for participants in previous BABOK Study Groups that have the study material including the Watermark Learning CBAP Study Guide or Business Analysis Knowledge Academy ECBA Study Guide. This registration type requires a code to register, please email to obtain the code.

BABOK® v3 Virtual Study Group 

Are you interested in ECBA, CCBA® or CBAP® certification, or just would like to learn more about the content of A Guide to the Business Analysis Body of Knowledge® (BABOK® Guide) version 3?  Then this business analysis training opportunity is for you!       

This fall, Bluegrass IIBA Chapter will once again host a virtual BABOK® v3 Study Group for those individuals interested in IIBA® core certification or learning the BABOK Guide to better their career.

Bluegrass IIBA Chapter will run the study group for 13 study sessions on Thursday evenings through the spring and one final session on Wednesday, November 10, 2021.  Students should be prepared to spend 2 to 3 hours studying each week, plus the 2.5 hours study session on Tuesday evening. This study group will provide practice tests opportunity for students.  ECBA practice tests are at the competency level for new business analysts; while the CCBA/CBAP practice tests are at a competency level for more seasoned business analysts. We ask students to begin studying early so it is a good idea to be registered at least one week prior to the first session. Students will be provided with course material, including an ECBA or CBAP Study Guide. 

This is an instructor-led course. It will be instructed by Director of Certification Eric Neill, PMP, CSCP, CLTD; Vice President of Professional Development, Retta Witter, MBA and President, Kathy Leigh, CBAP, and other CBAP instructors from the Chapter.

Please note that this study group is open to everyone internationally. Please understand that this course is taught in American English.  Study sessions are at 6:00 p.m. EDT. If you are not in the Eastern time zone of North America, you will need to translate this time to your time zone.

This study group is registered with IIBA® and qualifies for 35 Professional Development (PD) Hours toward IIBA® core certification and 35 Continuing Development Units (CDU) toward retaining your existing IIBA® core certification.
