This is an online chat session with some of our Agile Analysis mentors. Whether you just want to learn more about the business analyst role in an agile context, the agile framework, your organization is going through an agile transformation, or you are interested in obtaining the IIBA® Agile Analysis Certification (IIBA®-AAC) this session is for you. We can discuss the Agile Extension to the BABOK® Guide, the Scrum Guide™, the agile framework, or the IIBA®-AAC certification. Whatever you wish to discuss, come let’s talk. Anyone interested in talking agile, or pursuing the IIBA®-AAC Certification is welcome to come and ask questions of our Agile mentor.

Aaron Whittenberger, CBAP, CSPO, AAC is a Senior Business Analyst in the financial services industry and has been working in an agile environment for the past three years. He obtained his IIBA®-AAC Certification last year. He has learned agile and scrum frameworks and has experienced the challenges of getting a delivery team to transition from a waterfall to an agile mindset. Aaron has 30 years of business and technology experience, including 18 years as a business analyst and 15 years as a consultant.
Olivia Hampton, ECBA, AAC has more than 15 years of information technology experience. During that time, she worked for software, telecommunications, and non-profit companies providing business analysis, project management, operations, and training support. She has a B.S. degree in Computer Information Systems, and she is currently pursuing an MBA at Western Governor's University. Olivia is certified through IIBA as an IIBA®-AAC and an ECBA™, and through PMI as a CAPM. She also holds information technology certifications from Microsoft, Cisco, CompTIA, and Scrum.org.
