Topic: The 7 Principles of Agile Business Analysis
Having the "Agile Mindset" involves a paradigm shift in how problems are addressed. That mindset can be summarized as the application of the "Seven Principles of Agile Business Analysis" identified in The Agile Extension to the BABOK® Guide v2. These principles can be applied to all Agile methodologies.
We will talk about these principles, and their origins from "The Agile Manifesto for Software Development", and we will explore how they apply to more than product delivery.
