Workshop: I Write Use Cases...Do You?

Use cases are often used to support solution requirements.  It is a widely used business analysis technique used to explain the requirement in more detail by describing the actions and responses between one or more actors and the system under discovery.  This workshop will look at the components of use cases, value of use cases, when they can add value to the project, and distinguishes between business and system use cases.

This workshop from the BA Knowledge Academy takes a deep dive into the use cases, use case diagrams and scenarios; and how to write them.  It looks at multiple approaches to developing and documenting use cases.  This workshop is aligned the A Guide to the Business Analysis Body of Knowledge (BABOK Guide) version 3. It shows the business analysis practitioner how to use this tool to build an excellent business relationship with project stakeholders to work toward a positive experience for everyone involved.
