Creating and Using a Career Coverage Matrix

Does exploring, experimenting and learning excite you? Are you intrigued by possibilities and challenges? Are you planning your career moves deliberately with the intention of gaining knowledge and experience in a variety of domains?  Just like artists who seek out opportunities spanning TV, movies, music and the stage, you can take the same approach to expand your portfolio!

Join Terry as she shows us how to apply the familiar concepts of gap analysis and coverage matrices to our resume and portfolio. Going far beyond a discussion of resumes and roles, discover how you can target, build and expand the depth and breadth of your competencies across several dimensions using the analysis skills you already have. If you are blocked, bored or burned out where you are, Terry’s presentation will give you fresh ideas about identifying and pursuing what else you might do and where else you might go!
