Basha Roberts is a MIS Business Analyst for Alltech, Inc.; international leader in the animal health and nutrition industry, headquartered in Lexington with Bioscience Centres in US, Ireland and China. She graduated from the University of Kentucky with a BS in Business and Economics and is currently active as a mentor with the Women Business Leader Program. She founded LexTech, Inc., a business and technology company in  Lexington.  Ms. Roberts has served many community organizations such as the Bluegrass Community and Technology College CIT Advisory Board, Rotary Club of Lexington – Board of Directors and The National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO) – Lexington Board of Directors.  The Lane Report named Ms. Roberts as one of the “Top Women in Business” in 1996.
