DESCRIPTION:Most job search advice arrives as a pile of tips. This session
does something different. It treats the search the way a Business Analyst
would treat any broken business process: as a level 1 value stream\, mappe
d end to end\, with the value leaks hunted down at every transition.\n\nAc
ross seven stages\, from job trigger through to outcome\, we will unpack w
here good candidates lose roles for reasons that have nothing to do with t
heir capability. At every stage we will name the leak\, and work out how t
o seal it.\n\nPart one reframes the search itself. A job description is no
 t a posting\, it is a requirements document describing a problem someone w
ants solved. That single shift changes your resume\, your networking and e
very interview answer that follows. Part two moves into the room\, going b
eyond STAR to the fifth letter that changes every response\, and the hidde
n test sitting behind each question theme.\n\nWe will also look at how AI
can carry the heavy lifting in your search\, so your time goes into prepar
ing properly for the roles that actually matter.\n \nDrawing on twenty yea
rs across banking\, auto finance\, telecom\, insurance and financial crime
in India\, the UK and Australia\, and on time spent on both sides of the
hiring table\, this is a toolkit you adapt\, not a template you copy.\n\nP
